Special Features:

We just received news regarding Sprigg S. Lynn which was discovered through the research of Sprigg Lynn II, namesake of our ancestor Sprigg S. Lynn.  An article in the 4/8/1898 issue of the Baltimore Sun states that, "A message has been received in Romney, W. Va stating that Sprigg Lynn had been killed in Cuba.  Mr. Lynn was a member of McNeill's Rangers during the late war and some time ago he went to Cuba to fight Spaniards."

South Trimble Lynn (1927)

Almost all of the information gathered for the Judge David Lynn Website was due to the careful diligence of South T Lynn's mother, Margaret Trimble Lynn.  Margaret Lynn’s research and careful preservation of pictures and documents were passed on to her son, South who has graciously opened the door for many Lynn descendents to share in their marvelous and colorful history.  To view the Trimble Family Tree, please click on her name above.
